One of my favorite times in the day happens to be in the morning. Working out in the morning is so much easier for me than hauling my butt to the gym after a long day at work, first of all. I find that it’s much better to start working out before my body realizes what it’s doing/where it’s going.
In addition to the above reason why I loveeeee the mornings, breakfast has got to be the best meal of the day. The possibilities are endless. I mean, you can have something sweet. You can have something savory. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I feel free to get a little crazier than I would during, say, dinner time.
