It’s Monday which can only mean that it’s time to get back on the grind – whether you like it or not.

The beginning of another work week may seem daunting, but one of my own concerns involving Monday-Fridays is the matter of how I will muster up the energy to complete all my house chores and tasks efficiently.

After all, no one likes to come home from a long day at work to absolutely nothing to eat. Monday-Friday simple is not the time for elaborate meals if you work full time.
