Oftentimes in life, we are forced to make difficult and life changing decisions–Where to go to college? Whether to tie the knot? What to eat for dinner? These decisions either make or break us. Now, I don’t know about you, but when it comes to food, I am often conflicted with the decision of choosing between what’s healthy, and what will put me into a downward spiral of regret and self-loathing. There is no in-between. With that being said, it’s important to start each and every day making the right decision– and that decision should always make you happy.
Dessert makes me happy. Dessert is ALWAYS the right decision. Regret and self loathing goes away (I promise). Passing the opportunity to eat something epically delicious though, will eat at you forever and ever. I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to eat whatever you want, whenever you want it. And thanks to some amazingly brilliant food bloggers, they have made it possible for it to be completely and utterly acceptable to eat dessert for breakfast. The world is a great place after all.
