Let me preface this by saying that I don’t not like corn. I love it! It can be sweet and it can be savory and it’s absolutely one of the best sides to have at any cookout… at least in theory.
At least, American corn on the cob can get a little hard to eat – unless you have no inhibitions. Those little “corn hairs” (is there a real term for this?) get stuck in your teeth and there never seems to be enough “corn” on that cob.
