People either get really weird or really wild when you start telling them that you’re having breakfast for dinner. My mother, for example, would be like, “Why?” However, society at large typically thinks, “Were you drinking?” Because let’s face it, people often get a huge plate of eggs, hash browns and bacon either at brunch (whilst hungover) or after a night of drinking. This is often referred to as the “drunchies” – or “drunk munchies”.
Well, I’m here to remove that stigma. Look, eggs make a perfectly acceptable protein addition to any dinner, OK?!
