The other day I was at brunch (some of my greatest post ideas pop up during brunch) while ordering a falafel and kale bowl when I came to the stark realization: I have had falafel at least 3 times this week.
Look, who’s to blame the vegan?! Falafel is just so easy to mix with everything and adds a wonderful earthy crunch to every dish. Plus, it’s a great protein addition.
While those of you who don’t eat it as often and as regularly as I do typically know about falafel as being eaten in pita and simply drizzled with tahini, there are actually so many other ways to have this magical food.
