When I was younger I absolutely refused to eat leftovers. That is, unless the leftovers were mashed potatoes (or pasta, but that is besides the point). There was something about mashed potatoes that I was seriously obsessed with. As a matter of fact, I used to dip green beans into mashed potatoes (like dip) and eat bowls full of it. I was a weird child with weird tastes – clearly.
