There comes a time in just about everybody’s life when you realize making a good meal doesn’t really have to require making a big mess.
Of course, elaborate dishes are fun to make on special occasions like the holidays or when you have extra time on the weekends, but the last thing I want to do when I get back from work is make a crazy dish and then have to clean it up.
