There are plenty of reasons why I wish I was a kid again. No responsibilities and someone always had a piping hot meal ready for me when I got home are a couple. On top of that, the kid’s deals and specials are just so great both price and taste-wise.
Halloween, of course, is no exception to the latter. IHOP has been featuring Scary Face Pancakes throughout all of October, but on October 30th (tomorrow) kids get a scary face pancake for free.
Yes, indeed. While Halloween is occasionally a frightful event, these are sure to put a smile on your kids’ faces.
Better yet, kids will be able to create their very own scary face thanks to the supplies of strawberries, whipped topping, Mini Oreo cookies and candy corn.
Now, are these healthy at all? No. Fun? Definitely! While the treat may certainly not be “a delicious part of a healthy breakfast,” they are still delicious, fun and I would like to think they foster creativity in children… It may be a reach, but let me live!!
The offer lasts from 7 AM to 10 PM so make sure you get your kid to breakfast or an after-school treat.
My only question is: Do you think I can pass for a 10 year old? No? Alright. For those of us who are adults who want to let out our inner child, you can always head over to your local International House of Pancakes and grab a stack for yourself!
